Data-driven decision-making is key to delivering on climate action policies and plans, which in turn improves public health, creates jobs, tackles fuel poverty and attracts green investments. Join us on September 8, 2022 to learn more about climate change mitigation and adaptation planning in cities, the value of climate reporting, and the support services provided through the CDP-ICLEI Track.
During this webinar, C40 Cities will provide an overview of the CIRIS tool, which helps cities track and mitigate local emissions. We'll also hear from city representatives and ICLEI and CDP experts, who will showcase examples of global adaptation and mitigation initiatives that use data to track climate progress, such as ICLEI’s GreenClimateCities Program, which supports the Global Covenant of Mayors, Race to Zero, Cities Race to Resilience, Making Cities Resilient 2030, and UrbanShift.
Please note there will be two sessions for this webinar, with live interpretation in different languages available at each session.
The 07:00 (BST) session will offer live interpretation in Mandarin and Indonesian Bahasa and the 15:00 (BST) session will have live interpretation in French, Spanish and Portuguese. Register for the session of your choice.
