During the ICLEI World Congress 2021-2022: The Malmö Summit, UrbanShift held its first in-person global event, focused on building strategies for resilient and healthy communities. Throughout the three-day summit (May 11-13, 2022), UrbanShift cities learned from each other, sought solutions to common problems, and benefited from the experience of their Malmö counterparts.

Cities from Asia, Africa and Latin America exchanged knowledge about integrated sustainable urban development at UrbanShift's first global in-person advocacy event and learned first hand from the experiences of host city Malmö, Sweden.
