Andrea serves on C40's executive team and oversees its finance program, which supports cities in accessing finance for implementation of climate action, as well as C40's research, thought leadership and knowledge sharing efforts. She also oversees C40's business engagement activities and major global partnerships, including UrbanShift and the Coalition for Urban Transitions.

Before joining C40, Andrea worked as a consultant at Arup for 11 years, leading high profile engagements related to sustainability and climate change in the urban environment, with a focus on finance, policy, governance and delivery strategies. Previously, Andrea worked in the World Bank’s Private Sector Development department for five years, where she delivered investment appraisals and technical assistance for public enterprise reform and infrastructure projects in emerging economies.

Andrea has a Bachelor’s degree in International Business and Economics from Concordia University and an MBA with a finance specialization from Duke University.
