Avantika Arjuna

Avantika is UrbanShift's Country Coordinator for India, with 15+ years of experience in urban planning, mobility, governance, policy, and reform. She has worked on infrastructure development projects for initiatives like Smart Cities Mission, AMRUT, and JNNURM. Avantika has also managed projects funded by organizations like the Asian Development Bank, World Bank, and European Union, among others. Her portfolio includes designing spaces for young children and caregivers, developing gender-sensitive transport strategies, and preparing city development plans and smart city proposals. She holds a postgraduate degree in Planning and a Bachelor's degree in Urban and Regional Planning.
