Cecilia works at ICLEI supporting the Transformative Actions Program (TAP), evaluating project's proposals and advising local governments to strengthen their applications. She was also responsible for creating the City Academy Finance course for UrbanShift. She worked at the Mexican Ministry of Environment in the air quality management department, coordinating a national program to improve the air quality.
