Karishma is an urbanist experienced in working on sustainable urban energy transition, spatial planning and youth engagement in climate policy. Her work at ICLEI is focused on integrated climate action and sustainable energy projects in the urban context, including UrbanShift.
She has academic experience in India, the Netherlands and the US and professional work experience in the Netherlands, United Arab Emirates and Germany.
